Why haven't I received my order?
Most software orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be updated by email throughout the transaction and therefore you will usually know when you can expect your order. See also Delivery Schedule terms.
Sometimes, delays can also be caused by the following:
- Invalid or Declined Credit Card
- We are waiting for your money order to arrive
- We are waiting for Bank Deposit funds to clear - we will not send products until bank deposit payments have cleared.
- Customs Service outside the UK. Lost shipment claims cannot be filed until 30 days from time of shipment.
- Disruption to postal service |

What payment types do you accept?
We only accept Credit Card payments online using Protx. Business Cheques and Bank Deposit or Transfers are available to UK customers and only with phone orders - +44(0)1420 520023.
Please note that products will not be dispatched until payments have cleared.

How secure is your credit card system?
All our online Credit card transactions are processed by Protx. Protx is a secure payment service provider who specialises in handling online transactions.
Offline or telephone transactions are processed by our sales staff using a Credit Card terminal. This is also secure and is the same system you will see in retail stores. |

Can I install your Program on more than one computer?
The activation technology integrated into our Programs are intended to prevent illegal copying and redistribution of the Program and it is an additional means allowing us to provide customers with a confidence in the quality of the product purchased.
Eleco grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to install and use one (1) copy of the Program for your own use on a single computer.
